Luiz Gustavo Mariano has a degree in business administration, and a graduate degree from FGV-SP. He was a director of Page Group and is currently a member of the board of directors and coordinator of the People and ESG Committee at 2W Energia. In 2011, Luiz Gustavo founded FLOW and, with his extensive experience in people management and executive search, became the company’s Managing Partner. He specializes in the Consumer & Retail, services, healthcare, education and insurance sectors.
