Igor Schultz holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, an MBA in Finance from FIA/USP. He has worked as a financial executive and general manager at companies such as Belcom, Schlumberger and NYK. In 2005, he went on to be a headhunter. In 2011, Igor started his journey here, co-founding FLOW.
